INTRODUCING THE CHALLENGE SUIT! The Challenge Suit, is designed Ergonomically Correct, with the weights evenly distributed over the body and throughout the suit. Shoulders move back and hips move forward as your body automatically adjusts due to the positioning of the weights to maintain a good center-of-gravity. You will then have good posture, which reduces the risk of injury, as it improves efficiency and promotes forward motion. Unlike the big bulky weighted vest, commonly used today, for resistance training. The Challenge Suit forms to your body and stays put while you are working out, training, and/or going about your day at work or home. The Challenge Suit is outfitted with 10 pockets that can hold up to 3 1lb weights per pocket. This makes it very easy to regulate how much weight you want to add into your routine.
